SUBSTANCE: each phase of regulator has series- connected LC filter with chokes 1 and capacitors 2, input switch with fully controlled valves 3 and diodes 4, output filter built up of chokes 5, and loads 6; regulator also has storage chokes 7 and storage capacitors 8, three-phase bridge rectifier built around diodes 9-14, and output switch 15 in the form of fully controlled valve.
