FIELD: medicine, abdominal surgery; applicable in treatment of acute general purulent peritonitis. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of loop-shaped two-layer ileostomy; determination of length of intestine from treits ligament to destructively changed region; formation of stoma when intestine length is not less than 1.8 m; bringing of allograft through window in mesentery opposite to defect of intestine wall; fixing of allograft to aponeurosis from both sides of stoma; application of a row of sutures between peritoneum of intestine mesentery and skin. In particular case, allograft is used in the form of dure matter. EFFECT: prevented disturbances of fluid-and-electrolyte balance, excluded bruise of chyme into exterostomic wound in treatment of acute general purulent peritonitis. 2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
