Laparotomic wound should be kept to be open, moreover, lymphotropic therapy should be carried out in the course of further binding. The innovation enables to shorten terms of therapy due to affecting different links of pathogenesis by complex application of regional lymphotropic therapy and active sorptive drainage of abdominal cavity and, also, due to increasing the area of absorption.
