FIELD: medicine; colorectal surgery.

SUBSTANCE: stoma-bearing intestinal loop is mobilized along its wall to the parietal peritoneum. Next, the scar tissue and skin are excised from the edges of the stomal opening. After that, a manual two-row inter-intestinal anastomosis is formed in 3/4. Then a through hole is made in the avascular zone of the mesentery of the intestine under the previously formed anastomosis, through which a thermolabile polyvinyl chloride tube-fixator is passed from under the Redon drainage. The ends of the tube are fixed together with a ligature and removed from the surgical wound. The wound is sutured in layers with separate sutures, the retainer tube is sutured to the skin and its excess is cut off, after 4–5 days the retainer tube is removed.

EFFECT: method will significantly increase the efficiency and safety of reconstructive interventions in ostomy patients by reducing the level of postoperative complications, in particular peritonitis and phlegmon of the anterior abdominal wall, reducing the intensity of pain in the postoperative period and accelerating the rehabilitation of patients; creates the possibility of eliminating the complications that have arisen with the help of conservative methods of treatment.
