FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting major duodenal papilla in anterosuperior segment in the 13-14 o'clock sector. Mucous and hepaticopancreatic ampullas are retained. Muscular sphincter heaps, submucous bases of the duodenum and hepaticopancreatic ampulla are sutured on each side of the cut without catching mucosa into the suture.
