FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves removing teeth or their roots, treating alveolar socket, introducing and fixing implant in the alveolar socket and closing operation wound. Alveolar socket treatment is carried out with profiled mill with socket walls partially perforated. Procedure of implant introduction and fixation in the alveolar socket is carried out by installing screw implant with not more than 4-5 coils wound over its intraosseous part from socket bottom with perforated disk for making primary fixation with following additional fixation and arrangement of the intraosseous part by means of perforated disks of different diameters enabling their reciprocating movement in axial direction along screw surface of the implant as far as possible in thrusting against socket walls and sequentially filling and sealing space between the intraosseous part and alveolar socket walls with granulated biocomposite material or crushed demineralized allobone.
EFFECT: high reliability and versatility of direct implantation method.
