FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing teeth or their roots, treating the fossa, introducing and fixing implant in the dental fossa and closing operation wound. To introduce and fix implant into the dental fossa, screw implant is set at 1/3 of its intraosseous portion length into earlier prepared bone bed on the bottom of the dental fossa. Free space between the implant and dental fossa wall is filled with biological granulated composite material or crushed demineralized bone allograft. Using mucoperiosteum flap separated from jawbone on the vestibular part and suturing tightly with fish line closes operation wound. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and reliability of operation. 1 dwg
