FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has head and flexible intraosseous part manufactured as a set of pairs of identical conic wedges having inclination angle to the implant axis equal to 2 deg and connected to each other with cross-pieces. Each wedge has axial threaded hole. Longitudinal grooves are axially symmetrically disposed on both surfaces of the intraosseous part having axial longitudinal slit. The groves are produced with a step of t= 0.1L, where L is the intraosseous part depth which profile is formed with radius r= 1.2t and angle β=12 deg. Grooves recesses are positioned on the same straight line making an angle α=5 deg. The implant head is made from two truncated cone pieces one of which, being a fixing screw, has threaded cylindrical portion and the other one, being a lock nut, has axial threaded hole. EFFECT: uniform chewing pressure distribution; favorable conditions for bearing axial and bending forces acting upon the implant head. 3 dwg
