SUBSTANCE: device has head shaped as truncated cone, cylindrical neck and laminated intraosseous part produced as a wedge having inclination angle γ=2 deg relative to implant axis and having axial longitudinal slot of length l=0.95L and width h=0.2H, where L is the length and H is the maximum thickness of intraosseous part. Transverse slots are made on both surfaces of the intraosseous part with spacing t=0.1h which profile is formed with radius r=1.2t and angle β=12 deg. Slot recesses are arranged along one straight line making at an angle of α=5 deg with implant axis. EFFECT: uniform chewing pressure distribution. 1 dwg
