FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: after putting on separating cover on mold-positive two layers of jersey blank are put on. The first layer consists of carbon cloth tapes secured with gauze bandage. Then one layer of jersey tube is put on mold-positive. Blank is cutout of carbon cloth to fit the contour of foot with margin and is placed on positive. The second layer of tubular jersey blank with thread СВМ, is pulled up, and the second layer of carbon cloth tapes is laid. Then the third layer of blank made of jersey tube is pulled up and turned inside out. This done, the third layer of blank made of jersey tube is pulled up on fittings and then the last fourth layer is laid. All layers of fittings are bound with thread. EFFECT: formation of light, strong and stiff sleeve for ortheses. 5 cl, 3 dwg
