FIELD: materials handling facilities; laying and fixing of folded boom on load platform. SUBSTANCE: rotary cradle for laying and fixing folded boom of hydraulic manipulator on load platform of assortment carrying crane manipulator in travelling position has bracket with receiving bed installed for turning in vertical plane and made in form of U-shaped structure with crossbar pointed downwards and installed on crossmember of load platform frame by means of longitudinal displacement limiters. In middle part of bracket in height between its walls one support member at each side is mounted, each inclined at angle relative to horizontal. Vertical ribs are welded at each support member in parallel to walls to form receiving bed profiled to meet outer contour of setting member of manipulator boom mated with and fixed on bed. Rotary cradle has cross displacement limiters and means for self-alignment of hydraulic manipulator boom being laid on support members, and C-shaped handle made of bar stock.
