METHOD OF INTEGRAL ESTIMATION OF FAMILY HEALTH Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves formation of the following contingents: "father-mother-fetus", "pregnant woman-fetus", woman in birth-fetus", "puerpera-new-born", "feeding mother-baby", "woman mother-child of 0-15 years old". Clinical and laboratory examinations of formed contingents are carried out, and their results are recorded. Contingents are formed by markers of associated pathology of father, mother and child. Complex of functionally associated information-significant parameters (immunodiagnostics, immune profile of mother and child, endocrine profile, immunogenetic diagnostics, neuropathologic, stomatologic) is determined. Recorded parameters are transformed in graphical picture, prognostic markers are determined, comparative analysis of parameter values is performed, and condition of examined contingents is diagnosed, tactics of supervision of pregnant women and children is determined, schemes of mother and child treatment and immunorehabilitation are developed.
