NERVE FUNCTION RECOVERY METHOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61N2/04

Abstract RU 2662657 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology, rehabilitation, physiotherapy. Diagnostic stimulation by the pulsed magnetic field of neural structures at the segmental level is carried out with the help of a magnetic stimulator with a minimum intensity of the magnetic field with its subsequent increase to the threshold of the induced motor response. Then, rhythmic low-frequency stimulation with a pulsed magnetic field is carried out, sequentially at the segmental and neural levels, and at the receptor field level for each affected nerve. In this case, the intensity of the magnetic field is set to not more than 4 T, the pulse frequency in the interval up to 5 Hz, duration of exposure to one zone is determined up to 10 minutes, the duration of the trainee and intertraining interval up to 5 seconds, with a limit of not more than 3,000 pulses per session. Duration of the course of treatment is 6–20 procedures, depending on the severity of the lesion. After 1.5÷2 months evaluate the effectiveness of recovery of the nerves function in the dynamics of clinical and electroneuromyographic parameters.

EFFECT: method allows to increase effectiveness of treatment, which is achieved due to the above parameters of stimulation.
