FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka contains aqueous-alcoholic mixture from rectified alcohol of the highest purification, softened water additionally cleaned with activated carbon, and vanillin introduced in water before mixing it with alcohol. Mixing is carried out till strength of 45% at the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal of prepared product: vanillin, 0.01-0.02; aqueous-alcoholic mixture from rectified alcohol of the highest purification and softened water additionally cleaned with activated carbon from organic admixtures. EFFECT: broadened assortment of vodkas with increased strength; pleasant original taste with slight almond-vanillin tone; low cost price due to absence of smell and taste of alcohol and minimum expenditures of ingredients.
