FIELD: water supply systems. SUBSTANCE: water tap has body with inlet and outlet passages, shut-off member located between these passages and stem connected with shut-off member at one end and with handwheel at other end. travel nut is engageable with thread of stem. Body is provided with sealing member with discharge hole. Shut-off member is provided with rod from beneath for closing the discharge hole. Seat is made in form of sealing member. Sealing member of stem, seat and sealing member with discharge hole are located between disks and are pressed by pressure nuts. Body is fitted inside pipe line and section of body with inlet and outlet passages and shut-off member is located in central part of pipe line section at clearance relative to its walls; outlet passage of body is connected with supply riser. Device retains its serviceability in case of ice pipe line because of emergency stoppage. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
