FIELD: hydrants. SUBSTANCE: hydrant uses a flexible diaphragm, that is engageable with a valve in the closed position, and a cylindrical rod. The valve is dipped in a riser to a depth exceeding the hydrant body diameter; and the hollow rod has inlets and a drain branch pipe installed at the end, it is engageable with the control arm, lock nut and spring.
