FIELD: water dispensing units.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has body located in ground and in atmosphere; end section which may be turned to horizontal position is provided with tap cock and valve. Water discharge is additionally provided on end section after tap cock; hollow cylinder of water discharge is provided with chamber filled with water and connected with valve; elastic bottom of this chamber is engageable with spindle and motion nut for delivery of rarefied pressure to chamber; outer surface of hollow cylinder is provided with thread for control of its dipping in body.
EFFECT: avoidance of freezing.
