FIELD: phase separators and shut-off devices for periodic drain of water from under product from reservoirs, apparatus and receptacles used for storage and gravity separation of products and taking of products without bottom sediments and deposits. SUBSTANCE: water drain device has swivel intake branch pipe connected with cock; they are placed in working position by means of detachable unified swivel handle. Fitted on cover of cock body are: collar seal, adjusting holddown in form of bolted joint and preventive plug. Water drain device is located in protective casing which is provided with two slots: one slot is used for locking the preventive plug in closing the protective casing and other slot is used for securing it to setting member by means of dowel pin. Cavity of casing is provided with heat supply pipe. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and safety; ease in operation. 5 cl, 3 dwg
