FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is used for repair of pipelines laid in weak waterlogged ground, swamps and quicksand. Device has hollow body with arched recesses, turning bottom in guide rollers, bottom turning device, and inflatable sealing members. Device is positioned on pipeline with its arched recesses and secured by means of turnbuckles. Then bottom is turned, air is supplied under pressure to sealing members, and body is release from liquid (ground). After pipeline repair is completed device is dismantled.
