FIELD: domestic drying equipment. SUBSTANCE: drying cabinet has trays for receiving food products to be dried, control panel for switching on heater blocks and setting drying temperature, depending on kind of product. Sensor signal is supplied to control panel. When predetermined temperature is reached, heater blocks are switched off.
