FIELD: drying equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying equipment with electric heating, designed for drying fruits, vegetables, herbs and other plant products. The cabinet contains a drying chamber and a trolley. The trolley contains a base with wheels, a vertically mounted frame with a door made with rows of holes along the entire perimeter, brackets horizontally located and rigidly fixed on the frame from both sides. Removable shelves are located on the trolley brackets. The rear wall of the drying chamber is made with rows of holes for moisture removal. The drying chamber contains an air duct located on the rear wall of the drying chamber and a fan installed in a ventilation duct on the roof of the drying chamber. The electric heaters are designed as adjustable heating elements built into the heating plates. Heating plates inside the drying chamber are rigidly fixed one above the other and conventionally combined into blocks. Each block of heating plates is connected via heating elements to a corresponding temperature sensor, each of which controls the corresponding phase in the three-phase power supply network of the cabinet. An air gap is created between the adjacent removable product shelf and the heating plate in the cabinet.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of the dried product.
