FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to be used when applying anastomosis after gastrectomy. Clutch is formed from loops of small intestine and reservoir. For that, posterior wall of esophagus is sutured with counter-mesentery border of small intestine. Sutured are also, above esophagus, discharging and supplying portions of small intestine. Anterior wall of esophagus is involved in this operation. Once reservoir is formed, supplying loop below reservoir is shot off. Interintestinal anastomosis is further applied. EFFECT: reduced inadequacy of oesophageal anastomosis. 9 dwg, 2 ex
