SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the mechanical equipment for comminuting and grading of the solid materials. The device for comminuting of the materials contains: its body with the loading and unloading work tools, the comminuting chamber filled with the crushing solids and made in the form of the screw spiral out of the resilient material and connected to the drive, the regenerating assembly made in the form of the feed screw fixed on the arbor with the capability of rotation in direction opposite to the rotation of the comminuting chamber with the angular velocity equal to the angular velocity of rotation of the comminuting chamber; at that the feed screw ridges are mounted in the clearance between the turns of the screw spiral in depth equal to the diameter of the resilient material; at that the inclination of the feed screw ridges is in the opposite direction to the inclination of the turns of the spiral, and the pitch of the feed screw ridges is equal to the pitch of the turns of the spiral. The technical result of the invention is the increased productivity of the offered design of the device for comminuting of the materials.
