FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: suspension telescopic strut consists of housing, cylinder and compensating space between housing and cylinder and also rod, rod guide with insert made of antifriction material to decrease friction. Channels are made in guide to place compensating space into communication with cylinder space. Strut is covered by oil seal from top. Rod ring and rod ring holder with holes and throttle are arranged between oil seal rod guide. Holder is enclosed by valve made of elastic material and overlapping the holes. Valve has flange arranged in clearance between end face of holder and surface of guide pointed to this end face and sealing the clearance for hermetic separation of compensating space and cylinder space. Ring clearance is formed between insert and rod, and space is located between oil seal and rod ring holder. EFFECT: simplified design, facilitated manufacture with resulting reduction of cost. 2 cl, 1 dwg
