FIELD: food industry, in particular, canned industry and wine making. SUBSTANCE: plant has vessels for supply of raw materials and sorbent, mixer and separator. Installed on hollow drive shaft is cylindrical drum with perforations in the form of supersonic nozzles. Drum is embraced with steam chamber with perforated stator located in zone of contact with drum. Installed in drum holes are swirlers. Separator is made in the form of perforated or porous diffuser conjugated with drum. Stator is made of permanent magnet with radial location of poles. Drum is made of nonmagnetic material. EFFECT: provision of simultaneous sterilization and removal of turbidity-forming substances from raw materials. 3 dwg
