Sectionalized plant body accommodates cylindrical perforated drum mounted on hollow drive shaft. Cylindrical and diffuser sections of perforated drum are separated on internal surface by bead. Perforation holes of cylindrical section are made in the form of nozzles. Shaft hollow accommodates ultrasonic mixer. Hollow shaft and/or sectionalizing partitions of plant body are made of permanent magnets with radial arrangement of poles. Drum is made of nonmagnetizable material.
