SUBSTANCE: installation comprises perforated and porous drums installed coaxially in housing one in the other with a possibility of contrary rotation on hollow drive shafts; perforated stator with swirls in perforation holes, and embraced perforated drum which holes are made in the form of ultrasonic nozzles and disposed with stator holes in the same plane; source of liquid carbon dioxide connected with clearance between housing and perforated drum; reservoir for unstable raw materials and outgoing residue connected with contrary ends of ring passage formed by drums; reservoir for stable raw materials connected with perforated drum cavity through hollow shaft.
