FIELD: wine making and canned foods industry. SUBSTANCE: plant has body accommodating perforated and porous drums rotating in opposite directions and mounted on hollow drive shafts. Perforated drum is installed in plant body to form a gap and porous drum is installed inside perforated drum to form annular channel. Installed in gap, in zone of contact with perforated drum is perforated stator. Communicated with gap is source of liquid carbon dioxide. Connected through hollow shaft with opposite ends of annular channel are vessel for nonstable raw material and vessel for sediments to be withdrawn. Porous drum hollow is connected through hollow shaft with vessel for stable raw material. Drum perforation holes are made in the form of supersonic nozzles. Stator perforated holes accommodate swirlers. Stator is made in the form of permanent magnet with radial arrangement of poles. Perforated drum is made of nonmagnetizable material. EFFECT: higher quality of product due to combined withdrawal of substances liable to form crystalline or colloidal turbidity. 2 dwg
