FIELD: canned foods and wine industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has raw material and sorbent supplying vessels, perforated drum mounted on hollow drive shaft, supersonic mixer mounted within hollow drive shaft and communicated with raw material and sorbent vessels. Perforated drum has cylindrical and diffusion portions. Openings of cylindrical portion are formed as supersonic nozzles with swirlers mounted within them. Perforated drum is positioned within housing having steam chamber embracing cylindrical portion of drum. Side or at least one end wall of steam chamber is formed from permanent magnet with radial arrangement of poles. Cylindrical portion of drum is made from non-magnetizable material.
