FIELD: generation of electric energy. SUBSTANCE: steam power plant has electric generators with engines, main gas pipe-line and system controlling operation of all gears, heat exchangers and oxygen station. Combustion chamber of each rotor engine is connected with branch pipes with overlapping valves to main gas pipe-line, oxygen station and first heat exchanger linked to second heat exchanger. Upper part of the latter houses compressor meant for compression of carbon dioxide and for its supply to consumers. Stator of each engine has door that can overlap window to combustion chamber. Engine may have two or more sections with common shaft rotating rotors in stators, separated from each other by crankcase boxes with gauges installed on common operating shaft. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, diminished harmful emissions, decreased cost of generation of electric energy. 4 cl, 6 dwg
