FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: engine has stator with rotor and combustion chamber to which compressed air with coal dust is blown; then liquid fuel with coal dust or gaseous fuel is fed from injectors to thermoinertial igniter. Combustion products rotate rotor with working shaft and exhaust gases convert water in exhaust pipe like in heat exchanger which is delivered to tubes by means of pump into steam which is introduced into combustion chamber after ignition of fuel. Inner surfaces of chamber are cooled to 600 C and steam superheated to 500 C is mixed with combustion products forming steam-and-gas mixture which rotates rotor in expansion chamber at speed higher by many times as compared with known internal combustion engines. EFFECT: enhanced economical and operational efficiency. 7 cl, 6 dwg
