FIELD: mechanical engineering; mechanical drives. SUBSTANCE: cylindrical rotors forming expansion and exhaust chambers and eccentrics-templates are installed eccentrically on common shaft in cylindrical stator. Rollers of velars connected with ends of axles of rotation of doors arranged over generating surface of stator come in contacts with cylindrical surfaces of eccentrics-templates. Each door is installed to form a clearance between door edge and cylindrical surface of each rotor in each moment of rotation of shaft with rotors and templates. This clearance is overlapped by leaf spring installed over entire edge of door. Each combustion chamber has inlet branch pipes for oxygen, hydrogen and steam installed coaxially at its end faces, electric spark plug and computer controlled valves. Each exhaust chamber has exhaust steam outlet pipe accommodating tubes with radiator projections some ends of which are connected with water pump branch pipe and others, with steam chamber branch pipe. Steam chamber encloses each consumption chamber and surfaces of stator in contact with combustion chamber. Parameters are checked by electric transducers coupled with computer.
