SUBSTANCE: electrolyte contains organofluoric sulfo-derivative with general formula R_fSO₂A, where R_f is selected from the group including: (n=1-3), H(CF₂)_nCH₂O (X is F or Cl, n=6-9), (n=1-8), R_f= XC_nF_2nCONH (n=1-4), (X is F or Cl, n=6-9), (n= 0-3, m=1-5), (n=0-3); A is selected from the group including: -OMe (Me is K, Na, ammonium or trialkylammonium) and (X is -CH₂CH₂OH or -CH₂COOH); or contains fluorine- containing substance with general formula or R′-CO-NHA′, where R' is selected from the group including: (X is F or Cl, n=6-9), (n= 1-4), (n=1-4); and A' is selected from the group including: CnH_2n+1 (n=1-3), NH₄, K, Na, NH₄(CH₂)₃N(CH₃)₂XHal (Hal is I, Cl, or Br and X is CH₂CH₂OH or CH₂COOH), and C_nH_2n+1 (n=1-3).
