FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device functions to regulate torque of traction induction motor running as generator at 60-deg. control of voltage inverter connected to motor. Device has induction motor, off-line voltage inverter, DC section, and control system; in addition, it is provided with two signal amplifiers, multiplier, torque setting element, adder connected to control system, and speed sensor mounted on motor shaft and connected at its output to adder and to amplifier. EFFECT: provision for maintaining desired output torque of motor at varying motor supply frequency. 3 dwg
