Fat tissue destruction is carried out through the incision. Peritoneum is dissected above the Calot triangle. The gallbladder is separated by applying destructor unit. Dissection zone is irrigated with water or physiological salt solution concurrently to dissection and destruction through operation canal. Fragmented tissues are sucked. Fine conjunctive tissue structures are intersected using destruction aspirator operating end piece. Capillary hemorrhages are stopped.
