FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: laparoscopic apparatus with visual optics is introduced into first point. Areas of operation as well as points of introduction of trocars are corrected during operation. Depth of operation action to area of basic surgical operation is determined on the base of projection of second point by means of one of rulers of endoscope protractor. Then rulers of protractor are disposed at angle to each other which angle is close to 90°. Right-angled isosceles triangle is built up, which vertex has to be area of operation. End of protractor's ruler points at third point of introduction of trocar. Projection of third point is marked onto patient's skin. The point is used as common point for making as main and combined operation and as start point for determining the next point of introduction of trocar to make combined surgical operation. Subsequent points of introduction of trocar are determined according to method described before. When making operations at different levels of anatomic cavity, laparoscopic apparatus with visual optics is shifted to one of available points of introduction, which point is disposed in opposite to subsequent area of operation. Point which trocar took before is used for determination of operation's depth by means of endoscope protractor as well as for determination of points of subsequent introduction and for building the next right-angled isosceles triangle.

EFFECT: reduced traumatism' reduced time of operation.
