FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biliary surgery, laparoscopy. Longitudinal cholecystotomy is performed in the middle third of the body of the gallbladder. Then the wall of the gallbladder is circularly crossed at the border of the middle and lower thirds of the gallbladder. First, a part of the gallbladder wall covered by the peritoneum is crossed through "all layers". Then, a layer-by-layer intersection of the gallbladder wall adjacent to its bed is made, starting from the mucous membrane. An antegrade dissection is then performed in the Calot triangle.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to prevent damage to the bile ducts and blood vessels, to reduce the time of surgical intervention, to reduce the risk of intra- and postoperative complications.
