FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out incision in the region of inferior segment without separating vesicouterine fold peritoneum. Uterine wall is sutured with one-row interrupted suture. Serous cover of the uterine is connected by applying yttrium-aluminum garnet laser radiation of 1.06 mcm wavelength and 6 W power and power density of 270 W/cm2. Laser beam travel velocity is equal to 0.4-0.5 cm/s. Two interrupted sutures are applied on internal side of the peritoneum adjacent to the uterine without piercing it. Welding effect is evaluated from tissue growing pale without carbonizing. EFFECT: biologically tight suture. 1 dwg
