FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynaecology. A node is separated from both sides, while separating a hysteromyoma, simultaneously a node bed is closed by musculomuscular sutures with using synthesis prolonged absorbable suture filament. Musculoserous sutures are applied.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce intraoperative hemorrhage considerably, to preserve architectonics of a muscular wall, to renounce using haemostatic forceps injuring uterine tissues, to avoid formation of excess muscle including in one-end closure, and to lower haematoma rate.
