FIELD: medicine; prosthetic dentistry. SUBSTANCE: device has turbine-type end piece, coupling, levers, graduated depth gauge, bite plate with perforation, and protractor. End piece is positioned on bearing teeth through fixing assembly made in the form of bite plate and levers hinge-connected through pin-depth gauge. Vacant ends of levers are joined to bite plate and to coupling by means of pin and screw, respectively. Coupling is joined to turbine-type end piece. Device has assembly of variation of end-piece slope angle made as protractor in the form of half-disc with graduation. Scale is calibrated so that one of its divisions corresponds to turn of lever coupled to turbine-type end piece through 2.5 deg. Lever is provided with shaped recess for half-disc and installed on hinge bushing for turning and fixing by means of screws. As a result, construction may be used for both low and upper jaws.
