FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to prosthetic dentistry and can be used for splinting of teeth with periodontal diseases. Intradental line to stabilise movable teeth is in form of whole rigid structure comprising interconnected via beams mutually parallel intra-pulpal pins, fixed in natural tooth root canals, and no more than two artificial teeth in front portion and on one side of dentition. Intra-pulpal pins are fixed in frontal group of natural teeth, and beam can be located in slots formed on chewing surface of at least two natural teeth of side group. Line is made of zirconium dioxide by computed milling with further painting. Occlusal surface of outer beam, located on teeth of side group, conforms on shape to topography of chewing surface of removed tooth tissue of each tooth under beam and restores its anatomical shape.
EFFECT: invention improves aesthetics of restored dentition, precision of installation intradental line in teeth prepared under it and enables recovery of lost tissue and shape of teeth due to width and shape of occlusal outer surface of beam.
