SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthodontics, and is intended for lengthening the dentition of the upper jaw by vestibular displacement of a group of incisors. Mechanical removable laminar orthodontic appliance is made of plastic with a cross-sectional sawing, screw or springs to move the incisors in the vestibular direction to the upper dentition. On the lower dentition, a removable functional-guide laminar appliance is made of plastic with occlusal overlays covering the chewing surface of the posterior teeth and the cutting edges of the anterior teeth group. Both devices are held by anatomical retention and by means of arc and clasp fixation.

EFFECT: method through the use of single-jaw appliances makes it possible to use them around the clock, which, in turn, reduces the treatment time.
