SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to orthodontics, and is intended to expand the upper jaw arch by transversal displacement of the cuspidate and the lateral group of teeth. Mechanical removable laminated orthodontic apparatus made of plastic with a longitudinal sectoral cut is made on the upper dentition, a screw for expanding the upper jaw arch and moving a group of teeth in the upper jaw from the alveolar crevice in the transverse direction and removing them from the palatal position into the dental arch of the correct shape and springs to move the incisors in the vestibular direction. Removable functional-guide plate apparatus made of plastic with occlusal overlays covering the chewing surface of the posterior teeth and the cutting edges of the anterior group of teeth are made on the lower dentition. Both devices are held by anatomical retention and by means of arc and clasp fixation.

EFFECT: method through the use of single-jaw apparatus makes it possible to use them around the clock, which, in turn, reduces the treatment time.
