FIELD: medicine, biotechnology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing immune sera containing specific antibodies to the main proteins of antigen to be tested and having different concentration of these antibodies. The most amount of sera is prepared at antibody concentrations similar to their minimal concentrations in immune sera which is a line between positive and negative investigated sera, and the lowest amount of sera - at antibody concentrations similar to their concentrations in native immune sera. Spectrum and different concentration of specific antibodies in immune sera are obtained by depletion of immune sera by incubation with the corresponding antigens which are distinct by the presence and their concentration in reaction medium for time and under conditions of incubation that are sufficient for binding antibodies with antigens. Sera are incubated with viral antigens taken at concentration that provides minimal necessary antibody spectrum in immune sera in order to prove their seropositivity. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of standard positive sera of sets, improved method of analysis of antibodies. 2 cl, 3 tbl, 3 ex, 2 dwg
