SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccine that represents particles 25-30 nm by diameter containing polynucleotide complex (recombinant plasmid DNA comprising genes of infectious agent or double-stranded RNA-stimulator of nonspecific resistance of organism) in center and fused protein on surface comprising epitopes (polypeptides) of infectious agent and enzyme (for example, glutathione S- transferase or β- galactosidae). Linkage between polynucleotide complex and fused proteins is carried out conjugate : spermidine (for linkage of conjugate with polynucleotide complex) polyglucine- substrate for enzyme (for example, glutathione or galactopyranoside) for affinity sorption of fused proteins for construction.
