FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has movable mechanism installed between two parallel surfaces and source of vibration disturbances perpendicular to surfaces. One of parallel surfaces of flexible and is provided with fitted-on inertia mass. Movable mechanism consists of two friction linings, with different sliding friction coefficients, interconnected by expansion spring and two inclined levers. Some ends of levers are connected to each other, and other ends, are connected with friction linings. Larger sliding friction coefficient (friction angle tangent) is greater than and smaller coefficient, is smaller than tangents of angles between levers and normal to surfaces.
