FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has flexible lever secured with one end of vibrating construction. Flexible lever carries vibration damper made as a hollow body filled with loose material partially. Lever has round cross-section and flexible body is shaped as toroid and filled on flexible lever tightly for moving relative to the latter under action of vibration. Cylindrical surface of hollow body hole contacting the lever is divided in axial direction into two sections of different friction coefficients. In this case, section of cylindrical surface of body neighboring to construction is of higher friction coefficient, as compared with friction coefficient of other section.
