FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: drink is a mixture of dry sea buckthorn fruits and sugar in ratio from 1:10 to 1:50. Method involves washing of fruits, their grinding, filtration of prepared mixture, concentration of filtrate and its mixing with sugar. Filtrate concentration is carried out till content of dry substances in it is 30-60%. Mixing with sugar is conducted till humidity of prepared product is not more 10%. Drink from sea buckthorn fruits is easily granulated, and convenient for packing, transportation and storage. Drink is used in the amount of 15-20 g per glass of cold or hot water.
