FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: instant tea is homogeneous dispersed concentrate mixture of biologically active substances and flavor filler. Used as concentrate of biologically active substances, tea contains dry aqueous extract of golden roots and rootstock made by extraction in boiling water. Then liquid extract is filtered and filtrate is dried by spraying in drying chamber. Sugar or its substitutes is used as flavor filler and ratio of dry extract from golden roots and rootstock is equal from 1:1 to 1:50. EFFECT: higher biological and curative properties.
