FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to soluble tea and beverages. Soluble beverage is a homogeneous mixture of concentrate of biologically active substances and taste filling agent. It has the dried extracts of rosewort roots and rhizomes and fermented leaves of Bergenia pacifica as a concentrate of biologically active substances taken at ratio from 1: 1 to 1:50 and at amount from 1/50 to 1/10 of mixture weight. Also, the proposed soluble beverage has additionally the dried substances of velvet antlers (Siberian stag, Manchurian waputi) deers obtained by vacuum drying as a concentrate of biologically active substances. Soluble beverage has high biological value. It shows antiinflammatory, bactericidal, diuretic properties, improves function of gastroenteric tract, urinary and cardiovascular systems. Also, it shows stimulating, hypotensive and gonadotrophic properties, does not cause allergic responses of organism and habituation and can be used for many years.
